Here are a few quick, high-impact things current students commonly need help with: checking grades, submitting hours (if you work on campus), and resetting your password.

What Do You Need to Do?
Grades are available in Self-Service.
1. Sign in to Self-Service.
2. In the menu, click Grades.
Choose a term to view the right set of grades
After selecting Grades, you’ll choose the term you want (example: Fall 2025, Spring 2026). Then you’ll see the grades for your courses in that term.
To see your grades, choose Grades, and follow the prompts to get to the applicable course.
CalArts uses Paycom for timesheets and HR information.
• Access Paycom from the CalArts SSO dashboard.
• Follow HR’s instructions to enter and submit your time.

How you reset your password depends on which login page you’re using.
If you’re on login.calarts.edu
1. Go to login.calarts.edu
2. Enter your username or email and click Go
3. On the next page, click Forgot Password
4. Follow the prompts to reset your password
