You're grades are readily available to review on the HUB!

Log into the HUB, and on the right side of the screen, click the menu option that says WebAdvisor for Students.

In the menu, choose Academic Profile.

In the subsequent menu, you see menu options for several academic tools, including Class Schedule, Degree Audit and Grades.

To see your grades, choose Grades, and follow the prompts to get to the applicable course.  

HubTime is the CalArts timesheet system.  If you are a student worker, or otherwise need to input your time to be paid by Payroll, this is what you need to use.  Your supervisor will be listed next to your position at CalArts (especially important if you have multiple jobs).  There may be specific deadlines that each supervisor has for entering your time and you are responsible for meeting those deadlines.

When entering your time the following formats will be accepted: 9am, 9:00am, 0900, 9a.  Make sure there are no spaces, as that will produce an error.  For further information check out Where is HubTime and How Do I Use It?

1. Open your browser of choice
2. Go to http://hub.calarts.edu
3. Use your CalArts Credentials to log in
4. Find WebAdvisor for Employees and look for HubTime

If you do not have access to your CalArts email account the only way to get a new password is to contact IT.  We're looking forward to having a self-service system, but until that's active here's what you need to do:

1. Login to your personal email account
2. Send an email to cait@calarts.edu and attach a picture of your CalArts ID

We'll verify your ID, make a ticket on your behalf, and send you a temporary password to login.

Go to http://sso.calarts.edu and login with your temporary password!
