Go to sso.calarts.edu and log in with your CalArts credentials. You'll be presented with all the options you've set up for 2-Factor authentication.
Be sure to follow the steps and tick the box for trust this device. SSO will remember your trusted devices so that you won't be prompted for 2-Factor on subsequent logins.
If you choose security questions, you'll be prompted with two of the three questions you answered. Simply fill in the right answer to both of them to authenticate. My Apps and Changing Recovery Information
You can access all your CalArts applications by signing into the CalArts SSO and clicking on "My Apps". The "My Apps" page is the one-stop shop for everything CalArts. Here you have access to your email and other GSuite apps (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.), to The Hub, and Colleague, with more functionality on the way.
By clicking on your username in the top right-hand corner you will see My Account where you can change recovery options, My Devices where you can see the devices you have trusted and Change Password.
Select My Account to make changes to your Security Questions, your recovery email, and your recovery phone number.
Select Change Password if you would like to change the password for your CalArts credentials. You will be prompted to re-enter your current password.
Next, enter in your current password and then what you'd like to change it to. Keep in mind, passwords must be between 8-20 characters long, include one letter, one number, and one special character (!@#$%^&*).
After clicking "Update," you'll be asked to re-enter your password to log back into SSO.
I Forgot My Password
Resetting your password on CalArts SSO resets your CalArts credentials. These are the credentials you use for most of your CalArts applications including The Hub.
From the login screen, select "Forgot Password"
Enter your username first.
Then your CalArts email.
Next you'll answer your security questions.
If you don't know the answer, you can select "Skip" and use your email or phone to reset your password instead via verification code.
A verification code will be sent to your recovery email or to your recovery phone number. Enter the security code and click "Submit."
Finally, create your new password.
From the login screen, select "Forgot Username."
Your username will be sent to your recovery email.
Optional - if you'd like to take this time to change your password, enter the verification code sent in the email to begin that process. But this is not necessary if you only want your username.
