2016.09.21 Service Disruption - Campus Internet Connection

9/22 8:41AM PST: Further reports around Santa Clarita Valley corroborate our initial diagnosis.  Internet outages were reported from residential homes, businesses, and schools in the local area.  We're considering this issue resolved and will continue our regular network monitoring.
8:19PM PST: After NetOps' investigation we have confirmed the disruption began at roughly 6:54PM PST and lasted through 7:01PM PST.  It appears as the issue is relegated to our ISP and we will be working with them to identify the cause and hopefully prevent future unexpected issues.  We appreciate our communities' patience.
7:05PM PST: Connectivity appears to be restored.  Network Operations is investigating.
