9:32PM PST: Service restored. A device in our internet connection failed and has been now replaced by our NetOps team. All services have been tested and confirmed operational.
8:39PM PST: ISP has dispatched personnel to campus for further troubleshooting. No progress as of yet and no ETA.
6:29PM PST: Confirmed the issue affecting us is an off-campus ISP problem. NetOps and Customer Care are on-site awaiting a green light from ISP support to test servers and systems.
3:52PM PST: We are in contact with ISP support, who is actively investigating any disruptions outside of the CalArts network.
IT is actively investigating an unplanned service disruption. As we have more information we will update this article, our Twitter feed, and Facebook page.
