Resolution 3:22PM: After a restart of the server the Hub and related WebAdvisor parts resumed normal operation. AppDev and NetOps will continue to investigate.
3:05PM: The server that operates the WebAdvisor portion of the Hub required a restart.
3:00PM: After a considerable amount of troubleshooting odd behavior was identified.
2:27PM: An anomaly was discovered in the server that required more investigation.
2:20PM: Contacted vendor support.
2:15PM: AppDev started investigation.
IT is actively investigating an unplanned service disruption. As we have more information we will update this article, our Twitter feed, and Facebook page.
