5:01 Resolution: WebAdvisor (including HubTime) has returned to normal operation!
4:56 Update: We are restarting the WebAdvisor server and expect the issue to be resolved. While we only had sporadic reports we identified a specific issue within the WebAdvisor server that should be resolved with a restart.
IT is actively investigating an unplanned service disruption. As we have more information we will update this article, our Twitter feed, and Facebook page.
