Our normal maintenance period of 5:30AM to 7:00AM has been extended. Colleague, the system that runs Hub and WebAdvisor, is currently unavailable. Network Operations and Application Development are working to restore service and we will update this post as soon as it is fully restored.
Resolution: As of 8:20AM the servers are responding and are fully operational. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience or trouble the outage may have caused.
It seems as though a program on the server was stuck, causing massive processor usage and making everything else wait. We powered the servers down and did a nice, graceful restart and the stuck process was freed up and everything begin working as we expected.
Basically, we turned it off and on again.
