Internet Connectivity Disruption
2/19/15: This occurred once again on February 19th. Working with vendor support we identified a software fix that needs to be applied. Further information here.
10:05AM PST: Normal service has returned.
10:03AM PST: After power cycling the appliance that locked up we are beginning to see normal activity return.
10:00AM PST: We have determined that a core network appliance has locked up.
09:49AM PST: Internet service dropped unexpectedly. Network Operations is actively investigating and we will update this post as soon as we have any more information.
