At approximately 10:23PM on April 1st an issue related to the hardware failure of the day before brought the WebAdvisor system down. While the webpage was available the message No response from server populated the main page.
This outage persisted until approximately 5:30AM when automatic scheduled maintenance brought the systems back online. We have traced the issue to be related to the hardware failure that occurred on March 31st, which has now been resolved. We do not expect any further issues related to that outage and we certainly apologize for the issues, especially as this problem came on the night that Financial Aid awards were available.
