Network equipment in B309 is acting erratically. IT needs to restart the unit and confirm proper operation. The restart will happen at 12PM and last for approximately 15 minutes. Wireless will be affected, along with network connectivity in the following areas: B300-B309, B3011-B313, B316-B324, and B400B-C.
Resolution: The restart of the switch went well and took less time than the expected maintenance window. There is a persistent issue with one of the ports that IT will be investigating further but we do not expect any broader impact. We will, of course, update if there are any further expected (or unexpected) issues.
