2017.11.01 Colleague UI and Synoptix

8:50AM Update: Colleague UI has resumed regular operation.  All services are back to normal.

8:39AM Update: Synoptix is online and has resumed regular operation.  AppDev and NetOps teams still working on Colleague UI.


 IT is actively investigating an unplanned service disruption. As we have more information we will update this article, our Twitter feed, and Facebook page.

  • What: Colleague UI and Synoptix are not operational
  • Reported/Discovered: ~8:00AM PST
  • Estimated Impact: Currently there is no access to either Colleague Production UI or Synoptix.
